Mass Production
In-stock colors and standard boxes generally move faster. Custom color orders take around 5–6 weeks; the confirmed lead time will be stated in your quotation.

Quality Check & Shipping
Products undergo inspection before packing, followed by export packaging and preparation of the required shipping documents.
Production timelines vary by product type, order quantity, color availability and packaging requirements. Your final schedule will be confirmed with the quotation.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ typically ranges from 20 to 100 pieces per design, depending on the product and packaging requirements. Share your target quantity and we will confirm the applicable MOQ with your quotation.
Can you match a specific rose color?
We offer 36 standard colors and can assess custom color matching based on a physical swatch, Pantone reference or sample. Gradient and ombré effects may also be available, depending on the design. Final results can vary slightly due to the flower material and dyeing process.
Can you print my logo? What artwork do you need?
Logo options may include hot stamping, screen printing, stickers and metal plaques, depending on the packaging material. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred. Any applicable plate or tooling costs will be confirmed in advance.
Can you develop a custom box shape or structure?
Yes. We can assess custom sizes, shapes and materials for your project. New structures may require tooling or mold costs, depending on the design. Estimated costs and lead times will be confirmed during sample development.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes. Samples are available for our product lines. Standard samples usually take 5–7 days to prepare, while custom projects may require additional time. Sample fees and shipping are quoted separately. The sample fee can be credited toward your first bulk order once the agreed MOQ is reached, subject to the agreed terms.
Can you develop a product that is not in your catalog?
We can assess new product ideas based on a reference photo, sketch or physical sample. Please include your target quantity, preferred materials and any branding requirements so we can evaluate feasibility, sample costs and production lead time.
How should preserved roses be stored after delivery?
Keep preserved roses indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and high humidity. Under suitable storage and display conditions, they can retain their appearance for approximately 3–5 years. Avoid watering or exposing them to damp environments.
