What are preserved (immortal) roses?

Preserved roses are real, fresh roses harvested at their peak bloom and treated with a special preservation process using natural preservatives. This locks in their beauty, color, and texture without the need for water or sunlight. Our UKIQUEEN roses maintain their natural touch and vibrant appearance for 3-5 years or more. They are carefully harvested at their peak bloom, then go through a strict grading and selection process. A 9–10 cm large rose is often crafted by reconstructing petals from three 5–6 cm roses, maximizing material efficiency.

How long do your preserved flowers last?

Under proper care, our A-grade preserved roses can last 3-5 years. Factors like exposure to sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures may affect longevity.

What materials are used in your products?

Our roses are made from 100% natural fresh roses sourced from Yunnan, China. They're handcrafted into arrangements like heart-shaped designs and housed in luxurious mirror acrylic gift boxes for added elegance and protection. We use high-quality, eco-friendly preservatives. Only A-grade buds are chosen for premium preserved flower products, while others are classified into B, B+, and C grades.

Are your roses customizable?

Yes! We offer OEM/ODM services for personalized designs, including custom shapes (e.g., heart-shaped), colors, packaging, and themed arrangements. With a complete supply chain and OEM/ODM capabilities. Logo/graphic design +$0/box (Min. order: 100 boxes).

What grades of roses do you offer?

We primarily use A-grade roses for premium products, selected for their full, rounded shape and superior quality. These are reconstructed from multiple high-quality petals for optimal fullness. Quality: A- Grade. Others are classified into B, B+, and C grades.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my preserved roses?

Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high humidity to prevent fading. Store in a cool, dry place at 15-25°C (59-77°F). Dust gently with a soft brush if needed—never use water, chemicals, or sprays. Avoid touching the petals frequently. Drying conditions are necessary to protect the color of permanent flowers from fading. Sunlight will affect the stability of the color of preserved flowers, so fresh-keeping products are stored in places where sunlight is not easy to penetrate. They must be kept away from extreme heat and extreme cold. They must be stored on a pallet to avoid direct contact with the ground. They must be stored in a dry place under suitable conditions at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. The box should be closed because light, dust and humidity will reduce the quality of the box. All of our UKIQUEEN master boxes have internal instructions on how to save them.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For wholesale or custom OEM/ODM orders, the MOQ is usually 50-100 pieces (flexible depending on design). Min. order: 100 boxes (for customization).

Do you offer samples?

Yes! Sample price US$100 (includes up to US$20 shipping subsidy for first-time order). Lead time for samples is typically 5-7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and trade assurance via Alibaba for secure transactions. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to residential and commercial addresses via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. Generally, there are no restrictions on shipping products to residential and non-residential addresses around the world.

How long does shipping take?

Production time: 5-10 days for 1-50 boxes, 10-20 days for larger orders. International delivery: 7-14 days standard, 4-7 days express. Lead time (days): 1-50: 7; 51-2000: 14; >2000: To be negotiated. 5-day dispatch. FREE shipping capped at $20 on your first order. DIM or Dimensional weight is used to calculate shipping costs when shipping. Calculation method: Length * height * width/5000cm or length * height * width/139 inches.

What if my order arrives damaged?
